Laura Brino Shares Musical Odyssey of Healing and Empowerment with 'Cactus Moon'

Laura Brino shines brightly with her eagerly anticipated album, 'Cactus Moon'. With each track, Laura Brino invites listeners on a soul-stirring journey through the depths of her experiences, exploring themes of resilience, healing, and the human condition with raw honesty and vulnerability.

From the opening notes of "Butterfly" to the closing chords of "Songbird", 'Cactus Moon' is a testament to Brino's exceptional songwriting talent and her ability to create melodies that linger in the mind long after the music fades. Drawing on influences ranging from indie-pop to folk-pop, Brino weaves a rich tapestry of sound that is both captivating and deeply moving.

One of the album's standout tracks, "Tether", captures the push and pull of navigating a relationship with someone who is forever tied to you. With its infectious melody and poignant lyrics, the song serves as a powerful reminder of the bonds that connect us to those we love, even in the face of life's greatest challenges.

'Cactus Moon' is a reflection of Brino's personal journey over the past five years. From struggles with anxiety and PTSD to themes of love, loss, and healing, each track offers a glimpse into Brino's inner world, inviting listeners to connect with her on a deeply emotional level.

Brino's creative process for 'Cactus Moon' was as unique as the album itself. As a mother and a full-time artist, she found herself struggling to find time to write during the day. It wasn't until she discovered the freedom of creating music on her iPhone's GarageBand app while lying in bed next to her sleeping children that she was able to fully unleash her creativity. The result is a collection of songs that are deeply personal, yet universally relatable.
