Singer-songwriter Phil Ireland has put a new spin on his warming track ‘You Are The Sun’. Through the stripped back soundscape of the acoustic remix, the emotional themes are brought to the surface.
‘You Are The Sun’ was written by Phil during the 2020 lockdown to help with his grief of losing three of his grandparents. In his words about releasing this new version of the track, he shared: “I feel this fully acoustic version has grown past its original intention of being about coping with grief, it’s ultimately about love.”
