Impressive PR and The Planetary Group have partnered to bring us the Alternative Escape Day Stage, an event that will showcase some fantastic international artists. The stage will take place on May 11th, from 12 pm to 4 pm at North Laine Brewhouse in Brighton, and the entry will be free of charge. The Alternative Great Escape Day Stage will feature six incredible acts from different parts of the world. The first to perform is the trio of sisters, Germein, from South Australia, followed by New Zealand's Reb Fountain, fellow Kiwi singer-songwriter Connor Mac, Irish pop princess Aimée, quirky Canadian artist Zoon, and finally, Melbourne's hotly tipped punk outfit Civic.
Germein is a family trio of three sisters from Australia, who have opened stadium shows for Little Mix & Jess Glynne. Their performances have been described as nothing short of mesmerizing, and they will be releasing their brand new single 'Suitcase' on 21st April.
Reb Fountain, a critically acclaimed award-winning Kiwi artist, will also be performing, combining pop elements with her trademark noir folk-punk sound.
Connor Mac, a 25-year-old singer-songwriter from New Zealand, who has now had over two million streams to date, will be performing.
Also, the Dublin native Aimée, who became the most played Irish female artist on the radio in 2022, will be performing her empowering anthem ‘Hurt Like Hell,’ co-written and recorded with her “dream team.”
The Alternative Escape Day Stage promises to be an exciting event and a great opportunity to enjoy a wide range of international artists for free. The collaboration between Impressive PR and The Planetary Group brings together some incredible acts that are sure to impress. It will be interesting to see how the artists perform and to hear their unique sounds, which are inspired by iconic bands such as Queen and Fleetwood Mac.
