Cam Cole, the firebrand one-man band known for his thunderous riffs, homemade drum setup, and unfiltered energy, returns with “Rabbit (She’s What I Want)”, the first glimpse of his forthcoming fourth album Lost In Creation (due February 2026). The track sees Cole expand his sonic palette, venturing into the psychedelic textures of the 1960s while maintaining the raw, slide-driven blues power that has defined his rise from London’s streets to international acclaim.

Written during a pause between tours, “Rabbit (She’s What I Want)” marries gritty Americana-style slide guitar with swirling, kaleidoscopic production, creating a sound that feels both familiar and dreamlike. There’s a looseness and freedom to the track, a hypnotic groove that invites listeners to switch off and drift, as Cole conjures a vivid, almost cinematic world through his music.

“I was renting out this warehouse between tours to write songs and just stumbled upon this riff,” Cole recalls. “The chorus then came about, imagining the perfect woman to fall in love with. When I put it all together, all of a sudden, this out-there combo that fuses 60s psychedelic rock, The Beatles, and USA-style slide blues emerged. I haven’t written a song like that before. I love switching my brain off to it, and I hope people can do the same.”

That sense of experimentation and ease permeates the song, revealing a more introspective and expansive side to Cole’s songwriting. Yet, the signature hallmarks remain, the gravel-soaked vocals, the pounding foot-stomp rhythms, and the earthy guitar tones that have earned him fans across continents.

Cam Cole’s journey is as unconventional as his sound. From busking on London pavements (and dodging fines) to going viral online, he has built a cult following without compromise. His music has taken him from street corners to global tours, with performances across the UK, Europe, the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Australia, often selling out venues in cities he had never previously visited.

With three albums already behind him and Lost In Creation on the horizon, “Rabbit (She’s What I Want)” marks the start of a new creative chapter, one where psychedelia meets blues, and Cam Cole’s free-spirited authenticity shines brighter than ever.

He may have started on the streets, but Cam Cole’s latest single proves he’s still finding new roads to travel, each one louder, looser, and more alive than the last.
