Tamwah Releases Album Title Track 'Love Like Water'

Singer-songwriter Tamwah releases the title track from her self-produced album “Love Like Water”. Expect feel-good, mellow energy with a guest appearance from Kattimoni. With elements of hip-hop, RnB, soul and Afro beats, this track will open your mind...

This track is about a love for nature, setting the tone perfectly for the album at large. There's a male rap feature exploring the concept of healing. A female rap part comes in half way through too which is truly gripping, and then there is another two thirds in. These verses contrast so well with the choruses, which are legato, flowing very much like the water in question. The ebb and flow of the bass part and percussion section perfectly accompany the semantics of the track. The diversity of voices is also brilliant and makes the song truly captivating from start to finish.

Tamwah is an indigenous Songwomban, Beat~maker, Healer, Visual artist. Respectfully residing on Arakwal, Bundjalung country (Byron Bay), so called Australia. The intention for this album is to amplify indigenous artists’ voices, advocate for water & co-create a diverse album with conscious artists between Australia, Barbados & America.

“Love Like Water” is available on Spotify and all other major platforms. For more information on Tamwah visit her website.
